The hotel is located adjacent to the waterfall, mountains, and the center. I got a beautifully maintained and well-designed room with a view of Mount Kazbegi. The balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows were great. The remote location of this hip new property was a bonus. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from the Soviet Mural.

My New Year stay at this place was quite delightful. I really enjoyed the amazing view of the mountains and the church. The breakfast provided was sumptuous and I loved the hot water shower. the pet dog on the property was super-friendly and entertaining. Another advantage of this place was the huge backyard where I could do my own barbecue or simply chill.
A bit of warning about the unpaved roads which led to the property would have been nice. Renting a car or hiring a driver needs to be planned ahead and carefully.
